About the position

As an audit associate, you will review clients' accounts and management together with the firm's authorized auditors. Baker Tilly Solid Revision has clients operating in various industries, primarily consisting of small and medium-sized owner-managed companies, making the work diverse. You will have client contact and be responsible for your own assignments independently while working in a team on the preparation and execution of audits as well as providing materials for the authorized auditor. You will actively work to help the firm's clients run and develop their businesses. You will demonstrate engagement in ownership issues and entrepreneurship. In your role, you will report to the authorized auditor and office manager/CEO.

The position is a full-time expansion recruitment, and the start date can be adjusted to your current notice period. All questions about the position will be answered by the responsible recruitment consultant.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained business economist and has desirable previous experience in auditing work. You have the ambition to become an authorized auditor and meet the educational requirements for authorization. You have a driving license (B) and access to your own car. Furthermore, you have good computer skills and strong knowledge of Excel. You are fluent in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English in both spoken and written form.

You are motivated by working closely with clients and taking personal responsibility for planning and executing assignments as well as teamwork. You have good communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally.

About the business

Baker Tilly Solid Revision AB started on July 1, 2019. The firm has extensive industry experience as we have previously worked for many years at other auditing firms. We currently have 14 employees with offices in Vimmerby and Hultsfred, providing auditing, accounting, payroll services, and consulting in accounting and tax areas. Our clients primarily consist of owner-managed companies and are found in several industries, mainly in northeastern Småland.
